Come home to yourself

Rest isn’t a reward, it’s a way of being

Art can be your language when words feel too heavy

Here, you don’t need to explain why you’re tired

I work with people living with chronic illness, and those still seeking answers. Especially those who have felt dismissed, disbelieved, or unseen by the systems meant to support them. Together, we use image-making, breath, gentle movement, and mindful reflection to soften burnout, make peace with shifting limitations, and reconnect with what’s still alive inside you.

Many of the folks I work with are incredibly thoughtful, creative, and caring. They’ve spent years managing symptoms, tracking flares, juggling appointments, and holding everything together on the outside—while feeling invisible inside. Often, they say things like:

  • “The tests keep coming back ‘normal,’ but I know something’s not right.”
  • “I want to rest, but I feel guilty when I do.”
  • “I miss who I used to be. I don’t know how to be in this new body.”
  • “I’m so tired, and all I want is someone to say, ‘I see you’.”

If that resonates, you’re not alone.

You may be navigating a new diagnosis, or living in the space between “not fine” and “not quite sick enough.” Maybe you’re grieving, recalibrating, or simply trying to make it through the day without crashing. Whatever phase you’re in, this space is for you.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing. It’s about witnessing. About honoring the wisdom of your body. About making space for rest, for grief, for curiosity, and for creative healing. You deserve to be believed. You deserve to feel heard. You deserve to feel at home in yourself again.

Let’s begin gently.

About Brianne

Art is how I remember to slow down and listen.

Making art helps me return to myself—especially on the days when everything feels too fast or too foggy. I’m drawn to soft materials, unfinished edges, and the kind of beauty that comes from being with what is. Nature, like art, teaches me to be patient with cycles, seasons, and change. I love the feeling of being surrounded by trees or holding a warm mug while starting a new sketch or weaving.
